Whether you're heading to the airport, enjoying a weekend away in a new city or organising a work trip, a good offer is always welcome! That's why when you book as a group of 20 or more travelling between Dublin City and Dublin airport, we'll give you a 20% discount to help cover the costs!
Here's how it works…
- Complete the group booking form below
- A quote and a link to pay will be emailed to you*
- Pay online following the link in the email
- Once you have paid we’ll send you confirmation of payment
- We will book your seats on the coach and send you a seperate email to confirm this
- You're now ready to travel

Top tips to make your journey quick and easy
- Book a minimum of 5 working days or more in advance.
- If you have any special requirements please let us know on the form.
- Arrive at your stop 15 mins before your scheduled coach.
- If you are travelling from the airport, allow 1 hour to get to the coach stop after your expected arrival time.

Do you offer a discount for group bookings?
Absolutely, there is a 20% discount of all group bookings.
What is the minimum number of passengers for a group booking?
A group booking will need to consist of 20 passengers or more to be eligible for the discount.
What is the maximum number of passengers for a group booking?
For bookings of more than 49, please email us at groupbookings@dublinexpress.ie and we will be in touch.
How can I book for a group?

How much notice do I need to give to arrange a group booking?
The minimum amount of time we require for a group booking is 5 days.
We may still be able to accommodate you within the 5 days, but this is not guaranteed. Please email groupbookings@dublinexpress.ie and will do our best to help.
My group has a lot of luggage, will this be a problem?
Please add any special luggage requirements to the form, we have a section for additional information. We will be in touch via email if we have any questions.

Will we be guaranteed to be on the same coach?
We will always do our best to get you and your party booked onto the same coach however if we are unable to, a member of the team will contact you.
Can I request a coach just for my group?
Yes, but please specify this in the additional information section on the above form. A member of the team will then be in touch.
What do I do if I have to add or remove passengers from my group booking?
Additional passengers are not a problem but please get in touch with the team at groupbookings@dublinexpress.ie and they will be happy to help.
