Dublin Express provides customers with premium quality coach travel between Dublin Airport and coach stops right across the heart of Dublin city.

Departing from right outside the doors of Terminals 1­ & 2, our coach services include free customer Wi-Fi, USB charge points, and an on board toilet.

We travel directly into and out of Dublin via the Port Tunnel, making us the fastest coach between Dublin Airport and Dublin city centre.

Apply to be Customer Service Advisor (CSA)

What we’re looking for:

  • Proactive: you can proactively deliver exceptional customer service to all Dublin Express customers.
  • Comprehensive: you can quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our services and products so you can provide detailed travel and ticket information to customers.
  • Ambassadors: you can act as a brand ambassador for the business at all times. When you are wearing our uniform you are the face of our brand.
  • Empowered: we trust and encourage you to use your initiative to resolve customer problems, ensuring a positive outcome is achieved.
  • Collaborator: you feel confident working with colleagues across the business to act as the voice of the customer, championing common issues, helping the business to improve.

We aim to provide excellence in all that we do for Dublin Express customers and to keep everyone safe. If we can’t do something safely, we don’t do it. To do this we need the best people and strive to create an environment that motivates and develops our team.

The CSA role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy transport environment, selling tickets in and around Dublin airport and city, answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times, taking a proactive and positive approach to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Sell tickets and add-on products to customers, and provide them with support and information as required
  • Use a proactive approach to make travel arrangements for our customers in the event of delays or service disruption
  • Effectively and accurately communicate information to customers and liaise with colleagues throughout the business regarding service updates and disruption
  • Providing support and information to our passengers and assisting drivers with boarding and helping with customer luggage
  • Manage coach movements within the station and exceed our Health & Safety standards

Apply to be a Coach Driver - Dublin

Bernard Kavanagh & Sons is a family-run company and has been in operation since 1945. Today with a fleet of Luxury Touring Coaches, they are proud to be Ireland’s largest private coach tour operators with a network of depots and offices nationwide.

Whilst you’ll be employed directly by Bernard Kavanagh & Sons, all successful applicants will wear our Dublin Express uniform, essentially becoming the public face of the Dublin Express brand and forming part of the wider Dublin Express team.

 

The successful applicant must have:

  • Current Full EU D Licence
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Driver CPC-Code 95
  • At least 1 year of experience driving large coaches or buses
  • Demonstrate a friendly personality and be dedicated to providing positive customer service experiences to our passengers
  • A smart and presentable appearance
  • Able to work split shifts, if required
  • Be able to work in a team as well as individually

  • Able to work split shifts, if required
